ING Talent Programme (ITP)
The ING Talent Programme (ITP) is our traineeship for ambitious master graduates from all study areas. The aim of this traineeship is to develop future ING leaders, both managers and specialists. • Three-year* traineeship: a project year followed by a two-year position
• A thorough training programme
• Career guidance
• Different tracks to choose from

* The track ‘Retail’ consists of a five-year programme.

Profile
To qualify for the ING Talent Programme (ITP) you have a Master’s degree (or will do shortly) and you are a starter on the labour market with no more than two years’ work experience. We’re looking for people with a can-do mentality, a passion for teamwork and a focus on results. Every track also requires some specific skills about which you find more information at our website.

Internships
Will you graduate from a Dutch university within the next 14 months? Are you eager to have a close look behind the scenes of the financial industry while working on challenging projects and do you recognize yourself in one of our Talent Programme profiles?
