EBF Introduction Weekend 2013
From the 30st of August until the 1st of September 2013, the EBF Introduction Weekend will take place. This weekend is for all new first-year students starting at the Faculty of Economics and Business. This year the theme ‘All Around The World: Let’s Mix The Whole World Up’ will be assigned to the weekend. More information about the theme can be found below under the tab ‘Theme’.
The EBF Introduction Weekend is a great opportunity to get to know your fellow students and to become familiar with the Economics and Business student Faculty association (EBF).
You can sign up by becoming an EBF Member and ticking the "First year" box and then "Introduction Camp" on the registration form. Have you already signed up but forgot to tick the Camp box? Then send an e-mail with your name and student number to ic@ebfgroningen.nl. It is possible to sign up till Sunday the 25th of August till 8.00 p.m.!
We hope to see you the 30th of August!

The theme of the EBF Introduction Weekend will be: ‘All Around The World: Let’s Mix The Whole World Up’. Particularly Saturday night will be the theme night. You can dress up like an American cowboy, a Chinese geisha or like a real Hawaiian. All cultures will be represented on the beautiful island Borkum! The most original looking couple will receive a special award.

Cost
The costs of participating in the introduction camp will be updated on the website as soon as possible. The money will be deducted from your bank account after the camp.
The payment covers the following:
- Bustrip to Eemshaven
- Ferry to Borkum
- Two nights at the Jugendherberge including dinner and breakfast
- Train to Borkum village
- Ferry back to Eemshaven
- Bustrip back to Groningen
Accommodation
As you already know, the weekend will be held at the German island Borkum.
