International Management Trainee Programme

Finance
You will work towards the CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants) qualification and participate in assignments in Financial Accounting/Shared Services, Management Accounting, Marketing Finance and Operations Finance. You may also be involved in assignments within Taxation, Treasury, Audit and Strategy Planning.
Human Resources
You will be exposed to a number of different business areas: Talent and Organizational Development; Learning and Development; Reward; HR Marketing; and HR Operations. Besides building functional HR expertise, the management trainee programme will develop your overall business awareness and leadership skills.
