Activity Committee

Description

The Activity Committee organizes four times a year the big EBF parties for all EBF members. These are primarily aimed at involving new members at the association, and also to give other members a great evening. Furthermore the Activity Committee organizes two active member activities every year, such as the Batavieren race.

Functions

An overview of the functions and specific responsibilities for each committee member is presented below: 
Chairman
- Has a supporting and facilitating role,
- Is responsible for general coordination.

Treasurer/Commercial Relations II
- Is responsible for the budget,
- Is responsible for contact with companies,
- Is responsible for maintaining relationships.

Commercial Relations I
- Is responsible for contact with companies,
- Is responsible for maintaining relationships.

Evening organisation/PR II
- Is responsible for the managing of the evening.
- Is responsible for the promotion of the event.
- Is responsible for the managing of the day/evening.

PR I
- Is responsible for the promotion of the event.
- Is responsible for the design of posters and flyers.

Dayorganisation
- Is responsible for the managing of the day events.
- Is responsible for diverse active member activities.

Workload

Organizing activities will take a few hours every week. As the activity is approaching, you will spend some more time on it (around 4-6 hours).

When

This committee will organize activities throughout the whole year.
