Christmas Ball

Description

Every year the EBF and the JFV (Juridische Faculteits Vereniging) organize the ball together in December. The committee consists of 6 students, of which 3 from the EBF and 3 from the JFV. They organize an amazing Christmas Ball for  around 800 students. This includes arranging a great DJ, the decorations and devising a theme!

Functions

An overview of the functions and specific responsibilities for each committee member is presented below:  
Chairman
- Has a supporting and facilitating role,
- Is responsible for general coordination,
- Is responsible for teambuilding/bonding.

Treasurer/Commercial Relations II
- Is responsible for the budget,
- Is responsible for acquiring sponsors,
- Is responsible for maintaining contact with the companies.

Commercial Relations I
- Is responsible for acquiring sponsors.
- Is responsible for maintaining contact with the companies.

PR I + II
- Is responsible for the promotion of the event.
- Is responsible for designing the flyers and posters.

Evening organization/Artists
- Is responsible for the promotion of the event,
- Is responsible for the artists.

Because the JFV selects their committee members later, the division of functions will be announced later and the committee will be completed once everyone is selected.

Workload

This committee has an average workload of 5 hours per week. As the event approaches you will spend more time on the committee, around 10 hours per week.

The Ball usually takes place the second Thursday in December.
