Consulting Event Groningen

Description

The Consulting Event is a two day event, organized together with the Fysische Mathematische Faculteitsvereniging (FMF). The committee will consist of people from both associations. The event is meant to bring students who are in the last phase of their studies in contact with consultancy companies. Divided over the two days there are four companies and 60 students present.

Functions

An overview of the functions and specific responsibilities for each committee member is presented below:
Chairman
- Has a supporting and facilitating role,
- Is responsible for general coordination.

Treasurer/Commercial Relations II
- Is responsible for the budget,
- Is responsible for acquiring sponsors.
- Is responsible for maintaining contact with the companies.

Commercial Relations I
- Is responsible for acquiring sponsors.
- Is responsible for maintaining contact with the companies.

Public Relations
- Is responsible for the promotion of the event,
- Is responsible for designer posters and flyers.

Workload

This committee has an average workload of between 4-8 hours a week. As the event approaches the workload will increase.
