Lustrum Committee
Description
For the first time in EBF history the lustrum will be celebrated, so the first lustrum committee will be founded. On the first of august 2012 the EBF celebrates its 5 year existence. This committee will organize events and parties to promote the EBF to everybody. This will include activities for active members, old-board members, faculty members, alumni, and will also include the EBF Conference and the opening party.
Functions
An overview of the functions and specific responsibilities for each committee member is presented below:
Chairman
- Has a supporting and facilitating role,
- Is responsible for general coordination,
- Is responsible for teambuilding/bonding.
Treasurer
- Is responsible for the budget.
Commercial Relations I + II
- Is responsible for acquiring subsidies,
- Is responsible for acquiring sponsors.
PR I
- Is responsible for the promotion of the event.
PR II/Almanac I
- Is responsible for the promotion of the event,
- Is responsible for the Lustrumalmanac.
Day organisation/Logistics
- Is responsible for managing the day itself,
- Is responsible for the image of the event.
Evening organisation/Almanac II
- Is responsible for the Lustrumalmanac.
- Is responsible for the eveningorganisation.
Workload
This committee has an average workload of 15-20 hours per week and intensifies when the events approaches, so summer and September 2012 will be very busy.
When
This committee will last a little over a year; the elaborate lustrum will be celebrated in September, so the summer in 2012 will be the busiest period.
