EBF Promotion Team

Description

In the all renewed Promotion Team you are the creative brain of the EBF. You make people enthusiastic and encourage them to join the EBF and its activities. You do this by taking pictures of all the events, taking video’s and making movies, and by helping and supporting other committees with their promotional material.

The fun thing of this committee is that you are present for all the EBF activities to capture everything fun and important. Additionally you will help other committees with their PR functions.

* Experience is not necessarily required, affinity with promotion is important.

Functions

An overview of the functions and specific responsibilities for each committee member is presented below:

Chairman
- Has a supporting and facilitating role,
- Is responsible for general coordination.

Film/photo 3x
- Make photo’s at every event,
- Shoot movies at important events.

Filmproducer
- Design the year  movie
- Support other committees with making movies.

Brainstorm/creativity 3x
- Support the PR of other committees,
- Creative thinking and brainstorming.

The committee will also have some small promotion projects during the year.

Workload

This committee requires around 5-10 hours a week.

When

This committee lasts the whole year. Half of the committee changes halfway through the year, in order to transfer and preserve the knowledge.
