Recruitment Days
Description
On the Recruitment Days more than 500 students orientate yearly on internships and maybe even a first job. The three day event is organized together with the MARUG. During these days students get the opportunity to come in formal (Company presentations, individual interviews, cases and trainings) and informal contact (activities, lunches and dinners) with the participating companies.

Functions
An overview of the functions and specific responsibilities for each committee member is presented below:
Chairman
- Has a supporting and facilitating role,
- Is responsible for general coordination,
- Is responsible for the contact with MARUG and EBF,
- Is responsible for teambuilding/bonding.
Treasurer
- Is responsible for devising and checking the budget,
- Is responsible for the financial administration,
- Is responsible for the productsponsoring.
PR
- Is responsible for the promotion of the event,
- Is responsible for the design of flyers, posters and banners,
- Is responsible for devising a stunt.
Commercial Relations I + II
- Is responsible for acquiring sponsors,
- Is responsible for the contact with the companies,
- Is responsible for accompanying the recruiters at the event,
- Is responsible for the Company profile book.
Day organisation I
- Is responsible on the days of the event and the schedules,
- Is responsible for the location (including catering)
- Is responsible for the socials and the party.
Day organisation II
- Is responsible for the schedules and the programme,
- Is responsible for the website,
- Is responsible for the evaluation.
*Vice-chairman is added later to one of the other positions.
Workload
This committee has an average workload of 25 hours per week. The last few months before the event will take almost full time preparation.
