Project Overview

Our expertise

As for the researches that will be conducted in Brazil and Indonesia, for each project twenty senior students will carefully be selected on their skills, motivation and academic results. The selected students will have in-depth knowledge of specific areas, such as Economics, Commerce, Technology, Strategy, Finance and Socio-culture. Students will conduct tailor-made market research in small groups.

During the entire project, the quality of the research will be ensured by the supervision of two professors. These professors will start supervision of the research in the Netherlands during the preparation phase and they will accompany the students during their stay in Brazil or Indonesia

IBR Brazil and IBR Indonesia have each formed a professional Advisory Board. The selected members of this board will support the organization of the project and give practical advice. During the length of the project, several meetings with this board will be held. Furthermore, a Board of Recommendation has been formed to ensure the quality of the project. The members of both boards can be found under the heading “Organization”.

Our experience

Over the past years, the International Business Research-project has grown and has organized highly successful projects in different emerging markets. IBR originated from two separate projects: ISP was organized by the Study Association of the Faculty of Management and Organization, BIG whereas SIS was organized by the Study Association of the Faculty of Economics, EFV. Now, the two faculties have joined forces. As a result, IBR is organized by the Study Association of the Faculty of Economics & Business, EBF.
