Liberty Global has shown an interest in five cable companies and wants to acquire one of these five companies. On the basis of five information packages, an analysis has to be made and YOU will decide Liberty Global’s next step.

All five companies are similar to the companies that are currently held by Liberty Global, though they all have different characteristics. As stated in our company profile, we are “… dedicated to increasing shareholder value by capitalizing on the opportunity to grow revenue and operating cash flow…”.

Time is limited and information is abundant. You will have to work as a team to evaluate and weigh all the relevant issues. If you succeed you will be able to make a sound investment decision.

You will present your decision to the ‘investment board’ of  Liberty Global, who will give the final ‘go’ or ‘no-go’ decision
