Every year, approximately 180 students take place in a committee of the EBF. The goal of the Active Members Committee is to make sure these active members get to relax and have fun together aside all their committee work. This task is both challenging and fun, as the activities are organised for large groups of people.

Chairman
– Has a supporting and facilitating role,
– Is responsible for general coordination

Treasurer/Secretary
– Is responsible for the budget,
– Is responsible for the communication with the members.

PR
– Is responsible for the promotion of the event,
– Is responsible for the design of posters and flyers.

Logistics I
– Is responsible for the management of the event,
– Is responsible for contact with companies.

Logistics II
– Is responsible for the management of the event,
– Is responsible for contact with companies.

Organizing activities will take around 4 hours every week. As the activity is approaching, you will spend some more time on it.

This committee will organize activities throughout the whole year. The committee start around October after the announcement. The last activity will be in the end of May.
