The EBF Activity Committee is responsible for organising the monthly EBF Socials, the participation of the EBF in the Batavierenrace and the EBF End of the Year Party in May. The EBF Socials take place in the &ZO every first Monday of the month. Last year, every social had a different theme. Amongst others a ‘Back to the Zero’s Social’, ‘Sing Along Social’ and ‘Hippies versus Hipsters Social’ were organised. As a member of the EBF Activity Committee, you and your fellow committee members take on the challenge to turn every social into a great evening for all EBF Members!

Chairman
– Has a supporting and facilitating role,
– Is responsible for general coordination.

Treasurer/PR II
– Is responsible for the budget,
– Is responsible for the promotion of the event,

PR I
– Is responsible for the promotion of the event,
– Is responsible for the design of posters and flyers.

Logistics I
– Is responsible for the management of the event,
– Is responsible for contact with companies.

Logistics II
– Is responsible for the management of the event,
– Is responsible for contact with companies.

Organizing activities will take around 4 hours every week. As the activity is approaching, you will spend some more time on it.

This committee will organize activities throughout the whole year.
