Wieke Paulusma has a degree in nursing and is a local council member for D66 in Groningen. Wieke is very active on subjects concerning democracy and diversity. She is a strong advocate of quota, equal payement and diversity in boards and executive rooms.
She’s active both localy as nationaly. By inviting women at her home for dinner as well as defending motions on a national level with succes. She knows how to bring different perspectives and interests at the table. For all her (political) efforts she won the prestigious Els Borst award last year.
