EBF/JFV Christmas Ball Committee Recruitment

Every year the EBF and the JFV (Faculty Association of Law) organise a ball together in December. The committee consists of six students, of which three come from the EBF and three come from the JFV. The committee is responsible for the organisation of a Christmas Ball for around 800 students. This includes arranging a great DJ, the decorations and devising a theme!

Chairman
– Has a supporting and facilitating role,
– Is responsible for general coordination,
– Is responsible for teambuilding/bonding.

Treasurer/Commercial Relations II
– Is responsible for the budget,
– Is responsible for acquiring sponsors,
– Is responsible for maintaining contact with the companies.

Commercial Relations I
– Is responsible for acquiring sponsors.
– Is responsible for maintaining contact with the companies.

PR I + II
– Is responsible for the promotion of the event.
– Is responsible for designing the flyers and posters.

Evening organization/Artists
– Is responsible for the promotion of the event,
– Is responsible for the artists.

Because the EBF/JFV Christmas Ball is organised by both the EBF and the JFV we are looking for different positions each year. This year we are looking for a Chairman, Treasurer/Commercial Relations II and a Commercial Relations I!

This committee has an average workload of 5 hours per week. As the event approaches you will spend more time on the committee, around 7 hours per week.

The EBF/JFV Ball usually takes place the third Thursday in December.
