Meet your fellow students at the EBF Introduction Weekend!
Do you want to become a campleader or a campmani?
This year there will be an Introduction Weekend for the freshman again. Also this year we will go to the fantastic island Borkum and you can join as a campleader or a campmani. Are you responsible, open and helpful and do you like a good party? Then this is perfect for you! You have the opportunity to interact with the newest members of the Economics & Business Faculty and show them your great time with EBF. Join for your second amazing weekend or make it your best first year. Be ready for a 80’s workout in your best fitness clothes, because this years theme will be Sports!
To provide you with some extra information:
As a Campleader: You are responsible for a group of around 15 first year students. You guide them through the Camp and try to give them the best possible experience at the Introduction Weekend. Do you have strong social skills, leadership qualities and you think you’ll be a great parent? Then join the EBF Introduction Weekend as a Campleader!
As a Campmani: You will be responsible to help the organisation where-ever needed. Tasks such as making hotdogs, tosti’s and selling coins will be part of your daily schedule, but there is of course enough free time! Do you have strong affiliation with sandwiches and partying? Then join the EBF Introduction Weekend as a Campmani!
It cost only €37,50 and for this price you get the travel, overnight stay and food! Also a free pre-dinner is included where you get to know all the other campleaders and campmani, the introduction committee and the EBF Board!
Are you an incoming student at the Faculty of Economics and Business? Are you going to study International Business, Bedrijfskunde, Economics & Business Economics? Then we are here for you!
At the EBF Introduction Weekend you will be able to meet your fellow students and kick-start your time in Groningen! At the 7th of September (after the classes have ended) we will leave for the German Island of Borkum. Together with more than 400 students you will engage in all kinds of fun activities, including visits to the beach, bonfires, international games and incredible parties. Not only will you experience an amazing weekend, you will also make friends for a lifetime!
This year’s theme is sports. You can become your favourite soccer hero, or be ready in your best most colourful 80’s workout clothes. Saturday the second evening, we will all dress up and the best costume will win a nice prize. Some activities will be linked to the theme, but overall there will be recreational opportunities to hang out and get to know your fellow students. If you want to start the academic year in a great way and make friends for the rest of your student time. Sign up before Wednesday 5th of September.
